  • What Is Your Service Call Fee?
    Our service call fee is $89- that's the same price every day, including nights and weekends. We do not charge an after hours service call fee, just the standard $89. That fee includes the service call, diagnostics, and the first hour of labor.
  • What Areas Of Central Kentucky Do You Service?
    We are based in Stanford, Kentucky but we service many different local areas including: Lancaster Danville Nicholasville Richmond Crab Orchard Eubank Waynesburg Somerset Liberty and more! If you don't see your city or area on this list, just send us a text, message us here on our website, or give us a call and we can always let you know if we service your area!
  • Do You Offer Night and Weekend Service?
    Yes- we offer night and weekend service calls at no additional charge! Our regular $89 service call fee applies to any service call, any time!
  • Do You Offer Online Booking?
    Yes! You can book online for a service call by CLICKING HERE!
  • Are You A Licensed And Insured Company?
    Yes- we hold a Kentucky Master HVAC Contractor License (HM06570) and we are fully insured. Copies of both our master license and general liability insurance can be provided to customers upon request.
  • How Long Will I Have To Wait For A Service Call?
    Of course, this is something that can vary quite a bit, depending on the weather, temperature and our overall workload. However, 99% of the time we can offer same day service calls, and remember- we offer night and weekend service calls with no additional fees! 😀
  • Do You Offer A Maintenance Plan?
    Yes! We offer a all-inclusive worry free maintenance plan that includes two visits a year, filter and battery changes included, VIP priority service calls, and more! Contact us any time for more information about our maintenance plan and we can send you a free brochure!
  • Do You Offer Free Estimates For New Equipment?
    Yes- we do offer FREE estimates for new equipment replacements. If you would like to schedule an estimate, get in touch with us and we can get you on the schedule!
  • Do You Offer Financing On New Equipment?
    Yes! We currently work with Acorn Finance. They offer a marketplace for customers who need financing for new HVAC installations. The process is simple- you apply for financing, get approved, Acorn pays you, you pay us, and your new equipment is installed. If you would like more info on financing options, click here!
  • Do You Install Customer Supplied Equipment?
    As a general rule, we cannot install customer supplied equipment due to liability issues.
  • How Often Should I Change My HVAC System Filter?
    Most standard 1" filters should be changed once per month. There are some upgraded media filters that only have to be changed on average of once every six months. If you are interested in more information about a media filter or having us come out to change your filter every month so you don't have to worry about it, just get in touch!
  • I'm Not Sure If I Need A Service Call- Can I Just Call You For General Information?
    Of course! We are always happy to help and listen to your concerns. We can offer advice and in some instances, we can even walk you through some troubleshooting tips over the phone! Reach out anytime, we are happy to help!
